Why Not Try a “First Look” ? { Winston Salem, NC, Kernersville, Wedding Photographer }

“First Looks” are becoming more and more popular, and for good reason. My favorite time to take photos is always before the ceremony, It can be extremely difficult to find privacy from guests later in the day, and taking them beforehand allows for the privacy needed to take intimate, beautiful photographs. a “first look” also provides a stress -free time for you and your groom to see each other for the first time. Without the stress and pressure of the aisle, you can see his reaction to you in your beautiful dress, you can see the excitement in his eyes, as he looks at his bride for the first time.

  Of course a “first look” is not an option for most traditional couples, it is a modern idea. Before you completely rule it out Take a look at this article by one of the world’s top wedding photographers- Jasmine Star. She has been Wildly successful, and her intimate emotional Bride/ groom portraits are most always taken before the wedding. Ask yourself why it is so important to you, why not allow the groom to see you? Is it because you want to uphold a tradition, are you superstitious? Or is it simply because that’s just how it’s “supposed ” to be done?
Your wedding day is all about you and your groom, and I hope that each decision you make will suit your own personal taste, style and your personalities.
